Apa sih yang perlu kita siapkan di masa pandemik ini? Apalagi, sudah akan diberlakukan new normal.

Pemerintah Indonesia telah menyiapkan new normal. Artinya, warga Indonesia mulai bisa keluar rumah dan beraktivitas. Tetapi, jangan sepelekan itu. Kesehatan dan kebersihan harus tetap kita jaga karena kita sendiri tidak tau kapan virus akan menyerang kita. Nah, caranya gimana, sih?

1. Mencegah diri untuk tidak menyentuh hidung, mata, dan tangan.

2. Pastikan kita mencuci tangan dengan air mengalir dan sabun. Dilakukan setelah dari luar rumah, atau merasa telah memegang suatu barang.

3. Makan makanan sehat.
4. Social distancing, karena belum sepenuhnya pulih, kita harus tetap jaga jarak.

5. Tetap di rumah jika tidak berkebutuhan.

6. Menggunakan masker ketika keluar rumah. Atau, bagi yang sakit pun menggunakan masker guna mencegah tertularnya.

7. Tetap membaca berita informasi terkini mengenai COVID-19.

8. Tetap waspada dengan new normal.

Pharmacy is a profession related to health that is closely related to health science and also chemistry.  Pharmacy is a profession in the health sector which covers various activities in the fields of: discovery, development, production, processing, compounding, and drug distribution.  In pharmacy there are four fields studied, including pharmacy: industry, ains, clinic and traditional medicine.

Pharmacist is someone who mixes and hands over or shares drugs.  Or pharmacists, namely someone who is an expert in drugs and in general, a health expert who optimizes the use of drugs to patients for better health.

So, what's the relation between Pharmacists and politeness?

In the work as a pharmacist, or other work, we certainly have to be polite.  A pharmacist viewed his politeness by the way he/she spoke.  Therefore, patients will understand and feel well served.  In polite language also use the word "please" "thank you".  For example, when calling out a patient's name, a pharmacist must say "may/could I ask your name?"

Besides, a pharmacist must always smile because it is part of politeness.

PHARMACEUTICAL PROJECT#1 COVID-19

Severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) yang lebih dikenal dengan nama virus Corona adalah jenis baru dari coronavirus yang menular ke manusia.Infeksi virus ini disebut COVID-19 dan pertama kali ditemukan di kota Wuhan, Cina, pada akhir Desember 2019. Virus ini menular dengan cepat dan telah menyebar ke wilayah lain di Cina dan ke beberapa negara, termasuk Indonesia.

Gejala virus ini meliputi :
- Batuk tidak biasa.
- Demam.
- Sakit tenggorokan.
- Sulit bernafas.
-Flu

Mari bersama-sama melawan penyebaran virus ini dengan cara:

1. Mencuci tangan dengan bersih dan benar.
2. Social distancing. Yaitu menjaga jarak dan menghindari kerumunan orang banyak.
3. Tidak menyentuh mata, hidung, dan mulut dengan tangan kotor atau belum dicuci.
4. Menggunakan masker bila keluar dan untuk yg sakit lebih baik menggunakan masker.
